8300 afer unlock only emergency call allowed
 

dear team i am new user of bb it model 8300 vodaphone canada its already unlocked with full network bar it is not make a call [ only emergency call is allowed] emergecy callinis ok [112] i think its it policy problem i tried to change but i am not sucess at end give me video link for this problem with thanks rohit50

Where did you get this device? Did you buy it second hand (i.e eBay)? Do you have it connected to a BES server, to get your work email?

If you go to Options > Security Options > General Settings, what does it say next to IT Policy Name?
