Connectivity Blackberry 8520 to PC, Password req
 

Sir,

Here a problem with me, I want to connect my BlackBerry 8520 to my lap top through data cable. I have already been installed the desktop software. But when I connect my phone with lap top, a massage appear for Password with 5 attempts and a PIN: 224B7D60. Here I put my phone password but not accepted and required again with next attempt. Please help me!

The password being asked for is the security password that you set on the BlackBerry. Is this what you are entering, or think you are entering?

Also, a common error is thinking your password in numbers but not using the shift (alt) key when creating the password, or something similar. So, make sure you are actually entering the password as it was created on the BlackBerry.
