Sprint Music Store Error Message
 

I can't access sprint music store on my Curve 8330. It gives me an error message. I took my BB to a sprint store, they tried for more than an hour and couldn't fix it. I called a blackberry thecnician and they said they had the same problem with other BB devices and they were working on fixing it. It's been two weeks now and NOTHING. Has anyone with Sprint had a similar problem? How was it fixed?
