My 8330 finally pissed me off enough to replace it; I was having the keyboard won't respond issue. I wanted something different but got another 8330 because I'm sure I'll get another BB in a year anyway.

This was the easiest transition from one phone to another...

EVER.

Besides one text message being lost and a few settings, it was like picking up the same phone.

I know! It's crazy easy to use! I'm a new bb user and desktop manager made so much so easy for me :). I like how it can switch info not just from bb devices to your new bb.
