Collins chinese english dictionary
 

Bold 9900

I have downloaded the above dictionary, it does not display chinese characters, there is a lot of black squares instead of the characters, the page I downloaded this software from did not indicate that there was a problem, it actually shows the characters on the advertising page, when I contacted support they told me to contact Blackberry,

You stil need to try to contact RIM. You will probably need to contact your cell carrier first and have it escalated to RIM. However, if the developer of the software doesn't know, then I doubt that RIM would be of much help.

Are you sure the app is for your specific model and OS?
