Accidently Deleted Monitor Service Roles...

Team, I wasn't thinking and removed the default Monitoring Service Admin and View Roles.. any way of recreating without a fresh redo?

I attempted to re-install the monitoring service but its all DB related and it didn't add back the 2 per-installed roles...
