Delay sync email on BES 12
hi all,
have any experience about delay sync ? this happen like intermitten case not all day, i check on form server a. network utilization is below 80% b. ping to bbsecure.com , turnb.bbsecure.com is below 50ms. c. ping to srp.blackberry.com is above 250ms. d. ping to exchange is below 1ms. if from device network carrier to swsmanager.bbsecure.com (android/iOS) is above 300ms using thetering modem or thirdparty apps device. :-( any suggest ? |

What device and OS version are you using? You list a 9700 BB in the forum, is that your current device?

All Blackberry OS 10 devices that go through BES 12 are using ActiveSync. So you have to do some ActiveSync troubleshooting on your Exchange server, look at logs etc.
BES does not really touch your email it just tunnels the ActiveSync traffic to your Exchange server. |

our users not just only BB 10, and at my BB 10 is working well. we implement BYOD users.
We have native active sync and workspace on same device with different result. active sync native is more reliable time about send and receive email. i dont know where we can optimize it, but like my firts post, i check the swsmanager.bbsecure.com and feedback IP is from waterloo canada, there is no option for us position at south east asia to get closer IP. |
