Problem with the 8330 with Nextel service (formally sprint)

I am a System Admin that manages the BES at our office and I am having an issue with 2 users that I can't seem to fix. The environment is synchronized with Exchange 2003. For some reason these users can't reply to email from their BB; they receive a red "X" when they try to. I have wiped the handheld, deleted/re-added the BB acount each time I have tried the following; deleted the CMIME service book and re-added that hasn't worked, also removed users from all groups in Active Directory as it seems to be an issue with their AD account;that didn't work as well. When I copy the users account in Active Directory that resolves the issue. I have 10 users on the BES and only these 2 don't work. |
What is the Message Status for those messages that receive the red X (open message, scroll up into the header field)?

When you get the red X, open the message, what does it show next to status? Also, can they compose a new email or is it only an issue with replying? I use GroupWise, not Exchange, but this may be of some help... BlackBerry - Send As Issue |
