Q10 totally freezed, after multiperson chat
 

I submited my problem with the multiperson chat. ( the bbm gets freezed and its very hard to open any conversation, i cant send or receive any messages to my contacts because of the multiperson chat )

However, now i am facing another problem.

I restarted my device but nothing works at all. I can not open any app and the blackberry hub doesnt load. ( it shows a message: preparing balackberry hub ) and the screen keeps flashing.

Any solution?

I Tried to keep it loading ( for a whole day ) but it didnt help. Tried to to restart it ( many times ), pulled the battery out several times, taking out the SD card and SIM card, but didnt helped, switched off the Wifi+data but also didnt help.

I did these thing when my q10 had a problem with the multichat in BBM ( apps were working, i can open bbm but cant open the conversation - hardly -)

now, Blackberry hub doesnt load, i cannot open any app or the bbm, cannot open sms or check the contat list at all. nothing opens exept the drag from above menu.

ok , not sure what you did but it sounds like the OS is corrupted. pulling the plug during a reload is not good. If your doing the update/download over the cell network or via wifi don't. download the new OS and do it via a PC connected via data cable. OTA is always a potential problem if the network drops any data.

new BBM beta has a chat end feature to stop this

hard part is getting it installed when you get a multi chat already

Update to the lastest bbm, it has feature to block multiperson chat...
