T-Mobile SLOW today.

Man. I'm getting emails right now that are a couple hours old!

Is the BWC at T-Mobile completely crapping itself or what?

canesfins 10-14-2004 12:37 PM

I think demand has now outgrown T Mobile and RIMs server ability.

sempai 10-14-2004 12:59 PM

See - I think it's something else entirely.

I notice on my P900 or 6600 that the GPRS connection will not be available sometimes. It says it is - but its just dead.

I think it is a coverage issue because T-Mobile doesn't have nearly enough spectrum in my market to keep up with the Junior OG's and their SideKicks and the BlackBerry crusade.

Could be T-Mobile's infrastructure sucking though, who knows.

Second day with massive delays.

Yesterday I was getting 5 hour delays on my messages, today it's around 3.

This sucks....

I am getting the same thing.

I can't log into my desktop web page either. Wonder if they are just having server problems today.

sempai 10-14-2004 02:46 PM

Yeah - I didn't even try the BWC.

Awesome. What a bunch of bozos.

dw 10-14-2004 02:51 PM

I am having terrible problems today also. Did anyone call T-Mobile?

whoscalling 10-14-2004 04:01 PM

Same here in Los Angeles area- Delays

TheMatrix 10-14-2004 05:47 PM

Same here, New Jersey.

I thought it was my server acting up again - but I tried (sending email to my 7100) from my ISP, and what was almost instant a few days ago, is now taking forever.

No delays here in West LA.

TheMatrix 10-14-2004 06:03 PM

I just got an email I sent myself almost exactly 45 minutes ago.

Is it everything about email that is slow? I haven't been able to "retrieve more" of an email message all day long.

ScOObydoo 10-14-2004 09:55 PM

Called T-mobile and was offered 100 bonus minutes for the next 3 months, doesn't make up for losing total service for 2 days, but still, better than nothing.

adashe 10-15-2004 09:00 AM

Web client was down all yesterday. Fixed today. . .

ScOObydoo 10-15-2004 10:54 AM

Just called them. There is STILL an ongoing issue with the BWC customers.

During the night I received most of my messages from yesterday, but current messages from today are still missing in cyberspace.

This sucks, but they gave me another 100 bonus minutes.

If I keep this up I'll have more minutes than I can ever use :D

San Francisco - Same here.

Fireproof 10-15-2004 12:52 PM

Dallas - same. Glad it's not just me. Sucks though...

ScOObydoo 10-15-2004 01:40 PM

It's totally whacked now, I'm getting messages pretty much in real time, mixed up with yesterdays messages, and messages from this morning...

What a mess.. :(

sempai 10-15-2004 01:49 PM

These guys are chumps, plain and simple. And you're a chump if you don't hollar about it!

koolio 10-15-2004 02:51 PM

I noticed this morning I didn't get any emails via BWC (and, I always get emails overnight). My resolution: I turned the wireless signal off and then on, again. It immediately pulled all of the emails I received overnight. Strange...

And, for the record, I haven't noticed any delays in receiving BWC emails (in Boston, MA).
