HELP!!! AllTel says MMS down
 

I have not been able to send or retrieve MMS messages for days. I tried turning off the phone, and then removing the battery, to nop avail. I called AllTel this morning and they said that there MMS messaging for Blackberrys has been down since Thursday and they did not know when it would be back up. I was okay with this answer until I realized that my sister is able to send and recieve (and view!) MMMS messages. We both have Blackberry 8130 Pearls.

I have searched for anyone else having this problem, and it sounds like this is not an uncommon issue, but no one has had this issue in the last 60 days.

If anyone has any ideas as to what I can do to fix this, because now I do not believe Alltel.

I had the same problem with sprint. I upped to the newest software, resent the service books, and just waited it out if needed

If it is down, its down. Not much you can do other than wait it out.

I assume that you have tried all the fixes such as a battery pull and resending service books?
