Keyboard not working

I have a Blackberry Curve 9300 and my keyboard stopped working.My trackpad is still working but i can`t enter my password to acces the phone and i can`t change the os.What should I do?Please help me.

1) Have you popped the battery out and then back in?
2) Was the 9300 dropped or did it get wet or even damp?
