9800 Torch camera problem

Hi!

My torch camera is only sometimes working..
If i put out the battery and restart the device after the camera is ok. It's work properly, but after i use a phone, and after a few minutes try again and its gone. Only a black screen and error message: "The camera could not start. Before you restart close the other application"

I tried reset, hard reset, factory default, i installed la latest blackberry os from the forum, but nothing happend. Same..
Do you have any ideas?

You have an App conflicting with it. Did you download any apps? One is causing this.
You can try deleting them and test to see if it works. Add one back at a time until you find the one causing the problem. The other issue could be memory. It may be too low to allow the camera to function. Check device status. Remember Apps use internal memory not the SD card.

I had the same problem vgergo. I read a fix somewhere, tried it and it solved the problem. You have to reformat the SD Card. Make sure you backup everything that's on it first as reformatting the card will erase everything that's on it. Once it's reformatted, simply upload everything to the card and your camera should work properly again.

WRONG
Device memory controls application function, low = bad high = good

The application storage is an internal file system on a device that stores
application data and user data. Application storage is the only place on a
device from which applications can be run. Sections of application storage
can store files that a user downloads or saves to device memory. You cannot
remove the application storage from the device. The SD card only holds media adds etc.
