Applicazions:unable to download
Hello, I'm a new BB user, I come from iphone and I was prepared to the gap I would have found being a Mac user. I'm more than happy with my Torch and never regret the switch but it seems to me it's impossible to download games or applications in general. I tried from AppWorld on the phone and the page got stuck (and still is) while the device was looking for authentication. First of all I would like to know how to unblock it but second - and more important considering even the previous times, when it didn't got stuck it kept waiting to the authentication and nothing happened - how can I download apps on the computer and then transfer them to the phone. I went to AppWorld on my computer, logged in and then this window appears: 1. Get the BlackBerry App World Browser Plug-in
The BlackBerry App World Browser Plug-in is not supported for your operating system. I'm totally at a loss. Desperate. I would like to have my Torch working not only as far as calls and emails are concerned. Can a kind soul give me a hand? Thanks a lot :smile: Carla |

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan from your phone service carrier?
Is App World supported in your country? Is the App supported in your country? |

I am having a problems with App World from my Mac as well. I am constantly requested to Log In and then told immediately after that my session has expired. I have a BB Storm with 5.0 software on it and when I do get to a point where I can download something it tells me that my device is not supported. I assumed that this meant my Storm but now I am not sure. It could mean my Mac.

I don't think that sending applications from App World is currently supported via Mac yet.
You need to access App World on your BlackBerry. |
