Hi

I have been having trouble with my blackberry 9790. It keeps on swithching off randomly when i want to use it, now i can only use my blackberry when its on charge. I bought a new battery and it still does the same. I didnt dowload anything new, its been the same since i bought the blackberry. its not even a year old and been giving me this problems for months now. what could be wrong and how can i fix it! Please help me!!!!!
