No real idea how to use threads nor what exactly I'm needin help with but here goes...! I have a blackberry 9900 I believe it was unlockd/open to all networks... Initially I had an orange sim but there was somethn wrong with sim couldn't call and orange didn't even recognise the sim numbr, name, adres etc so I jus gave up and startd using my o2 sim in phone and evrythin working like it did on my old bb 9780... Now I'm tryn to sell it but when the shop do their 'tests' they sayn I need to call network to deactivate cos still registered to o2... O2 sayin jus wipe and don't know what I'm on about evrytime I call and the shop are checking some server website? And the imei n pin scan through and shows registered? What am I meant to be doing???? Cos the phone never came from o2 n the shop saying call o2??? Plz help
