Help Unwanted Call Forwarding
 

I have a 8130, within the last week some how my phone started forwarding unanswered calls to my work phone. I have tried to turn off the call forwarding but I dont see the call forwarding option. when I go phone/options all the options to pick from are General Options, Voice Mail, Call logging,smart dialing, tty, enchanced audio, sounds and hearing aid mode. I have also tried going call log/options but it brings me to the same message. I just want to disable the call forwarding. If anyone can help me that would greatly appreciated.

I would call the carrier and have them do it

Thank you, in case anyone else has this issue. When I called verizon they said to dial *73 and hit sned this will cancel all call forwarding.
