bb7230 ,, minuet browser can not be loaded by application loader

halo
i haev bb7230. today i failed load a third party minuet browser in bb7230..
i done everryusing desktop manager but error messge is

" no additional application , configured for this device found""
i guess may be i have os below 4.1 thats is why app loader in desktop manager not working..
any help please..

You don't have your OS for the 7230 loaded to the PC.

that means it has the same os both the places.. bb and the desktop pc..
