How can I extract default BB sounds?

Tried media manager and the default BB sounds are not viewable. Like to extract them to the desktop.

No, they have to be extracted from the cod files of the OS install on your PC, look for the one name ***sonicnetworks*.cod or something like that.

I don't recall the exact process but it has been posted on the forum here before.
