SBS 2000 problem

I've just installed BES on an SBS 2000 server.

Firstly, I'm having a MAPI issue...

The BESAdmin user doesn't seem to have permissions to read from Exchange... (I have tried to force permissions through advance security tab, made him an exchange admin did not work as well, not even as domain admin was able to read from exchange) I even tried adding BESAdmin as a user (you'd think it could read its own account) as well as using Administrator for MAPI user (can do everything), yet I still get the attached error (when trying to choose folder redirection for selected user)...


So far I'm unable to activate a user. If I do Enterprise activation from a handheld, the email comes in, but there is no reply/activation, so there seems to be something permissions related.

I have been talking to support but they are so-far stumped also. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try?
