BMW Bluetooth With Storm

Has anybody tried syncing the storm with a BMW Bluetooth system. He currently has the curve and it works, but does not want to get a storm unless he can still use the bmy bluetooth?

If yours works, do you mind posting your Model and Year of BMW?

He currenlty has a 2007 Z4.

Working fine with a BMW 328i system. Synced right up with no problem. :)

Let me know if you have any questions I can help with.

Even though it's not a bmw, it works fine in an Audi A3

I have a 2007 320D Touring and Storm on Vodafone UK. Address book synchs no problem, but call log not synching, handsfree quality fine though and Bluetooth stable... If any one has a clue as to the call log not synching that would be great ???

works great on my 07 328xi. I was having problems with my Motorola Q9m in the car before but the blackberry works great.

I have a 2005 545i and a 2006 325i.
My Storm will arrive on Monday and I will pair to both and respond with my results. I do not anticipate any issues, as previous Blackberries have all worked fine.

suberFUSE, any luck pairing with the 5er? My '05 530 will not pair up. The previous BB8830 was no problem, but nothing so far with the Storm. :x

Does the Storm appear in your iDrive? Is the phone not seeing the car or the car not seeing the phone?

I paired my Storm with my '04 530i [latest progman performed in November] and the phone syncs perfectly every time and works great.

I've had zero problems on my 2008 Lexus GX470.
Address book sync works wonderfuly, so no problems whatsoever.

Paul

On edit, even after updating firmware on the Storm several times from .65 all the way up to .85, it's cool that all the pairing settings have never been lost.

earny99 01-08-2009 12:16 PM

Paired fine on 09 335.
