What has happened????

I have 2 new problems with my 8100.

1. I can only talk on loud speaker, I can't hear people if it is not in this mode, is this a setting problem, I can't find how to change this, or is my phone just broken?

2. My call log used to have the name and time of all calls, and a symbol as to whether it was incoming, outgoing or missed, but this has now gone, setting problem or is my phone broken?

Could my 2 year old daugher have something to do with this?

Could be loose headset speaker (is volume turned all the way down?) Or it is a speaker gone bad!

As far as call log:
Press green send button>menu>general options>phone list view and set to call log


Yes your 2 year old could have something to do with both obviously accidentally!

I had the same problem with my Pearl 8100. I had the 8100 since December 2006. The headset speaker crapped out on me in June 2008. It was confirmed to be a hardware issue. Outside of the warranty, but I was able to get an 8110 for $39.99 with free shipping and no upgrade fee.
