AT&T Media Net Disappears

Here is my situation. I have a Bold on at&t and I'm running 4.6.0.266. I'm on a BES and for the longest time I just did not have media net on my phone which prevented me from being able to send/receive MMS on at&t. Recently, I went through the process of wiping my phone, letting media net service books download to my phone and then selectively restoring the databases and reactivating on the BES. For several days, media net was still there without any problem. Now, about a week later, media net is gone and it is exactly how it was before I went to the trouble of wiping my phone.

Is this a BES permission that is deleting my media net service books? Is this something else? Any idea how to fix it? If it is a BES issue, can someone provide me exact details so I can discuss it with our BES administrator (who is probably not familiar with the issue as our standard company provided blackberries are all from T-Mobile. If not, does anyone have suggestions on how to get this service book on my phone so that it will stay. I've tried loading just the service book but my service books are set for wireless backup and thus it won't let me load just the media net service book.

Note that everything else on my phone works perfectly. I just need to get media net back. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely sounds like a BES policy... the easiest way to determine whether or not that is the issue is to talk to your IT department - the group that administers the BES policies... they can tell you pretty quickly what they do/do not allow.
