Lists the device as free with New Contract or Renewal. Not sure if anyone is interested but it's the first time I have seen it free on a renewal!

It is totally legit. I got my 9700 from them for $29.99 about two weeks ago (renewed contract...it would have been free if I was a new customer). Their service was top-notch, shipped it to me via FedEx for free.
