"Connecting" Message on Ascendo Money
I may not be in the appropriate forum, but hopefully someone can still point me in the right direction.
I am trying to set up a bank account on Ascendo Money. After I input the account and password information I get a message that says "connecting" and it essentially freezes at that point. I can switch applications, but when I return to Ascendo Money, it still says connecting. It is going on 15 minutes and nothing has happened. |
