Micro SD & Cardreader help needed
 

hi,
i just bought a Micro SD adapter & Cardreader, because i have some problems with my bb9700, it fell down the stairs and deleted all my music and photo's by itself and i can't transfer it back to my bb.
When i open my media card on the computer, i can see all my files etc.
but when i place it back in my bb it doesn't show the music and pictures, can anyone help please?

Have you considered it broke when you dropped it?

I think your media card is ok but your bb9700 has broken so that function of your bb is not working.

you prolly needed to check the micro sd for errors on your desktop computer. i have had to do this to fix problems before. you coulda dissasembled the phone and checked connections. thats what they will do with it, then give it back to someone else as a refurb..
