How to Stop the Emails?

I set up my email yesterday,. and suddenly i receive on my phone 5 messages every minute alerting me of new emails

how to stop that? to cancel the email setup that i've made?

Go back to the same place you set it up and remove it. Too easy.

i don't open them
i just delete them

so if i go to INBOX without opening any specific message? won't cost me?
