Does it matter what Desktop manager used with 9650?

I'm currently still using ver 4.6 and it seems to work fine except for one thing- when I move a message out of the inbox to a folder that is also active on my BB (it is a folder in a separate .pst file that I have set to also be on the BB and it is), I think some moved messages are not filing correctly (i.e.- they are not moved on the BB to the folder and out of the inbox).

Thus the genesis of the question and wondering if I really need to upgrade my Desktop Manager (something I would prefer not to do but will if really needed).

Thanks

It should not matter. Although, I have to admit that DM 5.0 to me was the most stable DM I have dealt with and I am glad I upgraded and use it. By the way, your signature reads vzw 8830

If you want to take the risk, 6.0 Beta OS is available for your phone. I am using it now

I don't know- the older I get the more I just want something that works. But, what are your thoughts?

Signal stability?
What does it have that I don't have in my 5?

I admit- I use this strictly for business- I don't care about YouTube videos, etc. It is my life business wise- email, calendar, tasks, phonebook, Ascendo DataVault for passwords, WorldMate Gold for travel, and TeleNAv as my GPS navigator. W/o these it is of no use to me.

So, thoughts?
Thanks
steve

For your purposes, I like the idea that I can click on a contact and find all of my previous communication with that contact.
