From field does not show on behalf of

When I have a secretary sending a mail on behalf of the manager in outlook it shows in the from field:

<secretary> on behalf of <manager>

On the BB it just shows:

<manager>

Is there any way to change this behaviour so the BB displays the same as outlook?

There is no work around. Only Outlook can see the Delegate's email address
