Caller can't hear me
I have a brand new 9330 Curve from Verizon. Just picked it up yesterday. When I get a call the caller can hear me, but I cannot hear them. If I put them on speaker they can hear me. Tried a battery pull and now even on speaker phone the caller cannot hear me.
Does anyone have a cure for this? Or should I just return the phone and get a new one. It's less than 24 hours old. |

Just to be sure...You did the battery pull with the power on and you waited at least 30 seconds? You ought to try again, and wait a minute or two.
How long did you go before the trouble, or was it practically from the start? I guess either way if the hard reset doesn't correct it I'd just go back to the store with it. Posted via BlackBerryForums.com Mobile |
