constantly fluctuating signal

When I'm home my signal goes crazy. 5 bars to 1 bar to 3g instead of 3G then to EDGE then back up to 5 bars and 3G. Even if I don't move the phone anywhere. Anything I can do to boost the signal or maybe some software to help?

Same here for the last week. We on T-Mobile. 5 bars, no bars, Edge, then 3G. I assumed flakey T-Mobile as usual

I have a similar problem at my house. AT&T describes it as a "white hole" that is about 50 feet around my house. One note, however, is that AT&T's terms and conditions does not guarantee service inside.

If it is a real issue, you might check into a microcell. Call AT&T and see if there is a tower problem.
