8500 can't receive mms messages
 

My bb Curve8500 can't receive mms from any other phone. Is there some kind of option that I have wrong or something? I used to be able to get them all the time and now I can't receive any mms at all. I'm on Virgin Mobile Canada and I was trying to get a picture from a friend but I wasn't receiving anything. I thought it was our service providers but when I went and sent a pic from my moms phone to mine it still wouldn't work. From her phone I was able to receive pictures from her before. Please help.

This is provider issue. At least thats what i have seen it, for 2 yrs I did not receive any mms on my BB and not after the re-establish the account mms started coming it. Not that I use MMS a lot but it def helps
