Bold Touch Camera Wont Open

Anyone have the issue where the camera wont open? It says too many apps running and some have to be closed....How do you close apps? did a battery pull and that didnt work.

There is no Options > Status in the 9900/9930. The info is located at Options -- Device -- Device and Status Information -- Device information -- Free memory

HOw do you know which app is open?..I have the same problem camera wont open as it says there is an app open?...

Any advice?

Alt+Esc. App Switcher. You can close them or see which ones are open there.
