9900 overheats in holster
 

Am I the only one getting this? It isn't scaldingly hot but still is significantly hotter than you would expect. My last phone was a curve 8900 and it never warmed up at all.

Sounds like your screen might be coming on while in the holster...you might want to check that out, or, do you have some radio intensive app running that's chewing up data continuously in background?

Depends on what you are doing. Heavy and steady data use can put a demand on the battery and make the back warm to the touch, generally speaking. Just sitting with nothing to speak of running, you should not feel any warmth.
