Blackberry Wifi *URGENT*
 

Hello, so I just got my blackberry and whenever I try to connect to the wifi it says "unable to turn wifi radio on". At first I had no problems using the wifi then my blackberry went low on battery and I tried to connect it to the browser and it said that the battery was too low to use the wifi radio and ever since then my bb has been giving me problems with its wifi. I've tried everything the posts I've read have told me to do like doing a hard reset, soft reset, sending the service books to the blackberry, turning all connections off and on again and so much more, i'm going crazy! Someone please help me fix this problem

When was the 9360 released?

Have you checked "Manage Connections" to make sure WiFi is checked and on?

Whenever i check the box beside wifi a gray check mark appears and then a little later it comes off

Please confirm the BB model number.

Dubdub,

The 9360 is a new Curve with OS7. It came out at the end of August in Canada.

Have you tried calling Virgin Mobile's Customer Service/Support Line?

Unless you have some weird security feature off/on, sounds hardware-ish

Do you have a BB data plan associated with your devices as well?

Yes i do, its unlimited social networking

Thank you all so very much for your help, but i'm just going to bring it back to virgin mobile since its still under my warranty
