I have tried pulling out the battery but it did not work I also dothe ressetting also did not work

OK, you said your icons were gone, which is different than totally blank.

Did the BlackBerry get wet or was it dropped or damaged? Do any lights come on when you put the battery in.

Did you do anything just before the icons disappeared? Maybe add or remove an application?
