hi had my blackberry 9900 bold touch 3 days, been working fine till today. is there any reason when i send a txt on facebook ect, theres a black square box with a dial spinning round, it wont let me do anything till it has done what it is doing. it is all the time. can anyone help it the first blackberry handset i have had many thanks

I don't know anything about exactly what you are doing with facebook and text messages, but the first troubleshooting step with a BlackBerry is a hard reset....With the power on, remove the battery for 30+ seconds. Then test. See if that fixes it.

Again, a hard reset is the first thing to try.

I am not experiencing any slowness or pauses or freezing. Question is what you have loaded, and what you have running, particularly what apps are running.

Delete it. Reboot. Test. See what happens.
