Software upgrade Bold 9780 can't accept licence agreement
Hi Guys. I'm having problems with upgrading my software on the Bold 9780. I upgraded the OS through the desktop software. After upgrading the blackberry would just reload the start-up sequence the whole time. But when plugged into the charger it goes through the licence agreement : "This handheld device includes software that is..." I can't scroll down to the section to accept the licence agreement. The scroler woks cause I had used it when I entered my pin number. I tried pressing "a" for accept of "y" for yes I basically pressed every key, nothing happens. The keypad works perfectly when I need to enter my pin number. Only the green and red telephone keys work. Please Help... The start-up sequence issue was resolved by replacing the battery, but I still can't accept the licence agreement.

I should add that I had a JVM 525 error, a JVM 529 error and a app error 200, before getting to this stage. I have reloaded the software again as well... same issue.

I've tried removing the sim card and memory card and it's still giving the same problem.

Completely wipe out the BB using JL_CMDER (check in BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ) and then reload the OS. No third party apps until the device comes up cleanly.

Re: Software upgrade Bold 9780 can't accept licence agreement
JL_CMDER doesn't connect to the device. When I follow the alternative instructions through the apploader, I can't get an UNKNOWN USB device, my device PIN pop's up the whole time, even when connecting the device to the PC when the red LED is still flashing (when I put in the battery)
