8310 cant download anything

I have jus brought a 8310 used I can't download any apps like facebook or ebay there is no bb world installed on it I've tried downloading the bb world but it says it can't download due to system requirements can anyone help please

Do you have an active BLACKBERRY Data Plan from your phone service provider?

You will not be able to access those data features without the proper data plan.
