problem with touchscreen model 9900

when i am speaking on my 9900 the touch screen suddenly gets active & the speaker comes on or the call goes on hold. what is the solution

Sounds like a faulty proximity sensor. Replacement/repair is your best option.

Or just lock the screen when you are on a call.
