reload software 552.
 

i installed a new sim card on it..and it was working ok for about 10 mins and suddenly it shuts down and it tend to restart again but it only appears on the scree (reload software 552)....and get stuck on there...keeps on doing the same over and over again everytime i removed my battery...anyone that has a knowledge about this kind of problem pls....i need a help...thanks so much.

Using the "Google" search engine, I found this KnowledgeBase article from Research In Motion.

Looks like you have to reload the operating system on the handheld as it has a corrupt module.
