Not all e-mail addresses offered
 

I have a client with a Torch 9800

His address book is stored on MS Exchange and is access via Outlook 2010.

He has a number of examples in his Address Book where the same person appears more than once. Each of these entries are unique (except for the name) but when he tries to access the various unique e-mail addresses in the To, cc or bcc, he is not offered all the permutations e.g. if the person (John Smith) appears 3 times and has 3 Address Book entries each he should have 9 different e-mail addresses.

Has anyone any idea what the problem is?

When I do a remote lookup on the Outlook DB it will show me all the contacts with the same name I search for. It will only show the email addresses listed in Outlook. If I save the person to my BB and edit in additional addresses, when I search for a stored name it will offer the other addresses if any. MS Outlook does not have multiple email fields on my version but the BB does have the ability to add multiples.
It will ask for the email to use.
