Can't download to 8310

Please help me I can not dowload any application on my BB 8310 CURVE any time I try I get this message " IT pollicy does not allow third party downloading" please help me!:-(

I moved your post into a new one, as you posted in someone else's 9900 issue.

When did you get the 8310? Is it new or was it previously used. It sounds like it may have an "IT Policy" on it.

Is the BB owned by your company?
