Root CA import or make it trusted

Hello

i am lookng for any solution to make the Certificat from Exchange Server trusted on the Blackberry.

We have one BES 10.2 and after the Enterprisaktiviation get the Users any warning like Provider not trustet :(

Is there any way to change it?
