Urgent Help for VPN issue please
 
Morning, I could do with help sorting this ASAP please as boss is leaving soon and needs it sorting :?

I am connecting my Windows laptop to the internet via the HotSpot feature on the Z10. This works fine and I can get on internet no problem.

When I dial a VPN back to head office (Router being a Draytek 2860). I get an error 800 - Unable to establish the VPN connection. I've tried creating a VPN on the Z10 then connecting the hotspot but the vpn disconnects soon after the hotspot fires up.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hi everyone, found out what the problem was. We are on T-Mobile UK network and the mobile number had a Blackberry data service attached (On since we started using them with the Bold 9000's). Anyway we were advised that we didn't need this service now and should switch to a standard data package (like we would put on an Android/iPhone etc..). We did this and the VPN fired straight up. So look likes Blackberries servers were stopping us getting connected. Unusual solution but hope this helps others. Thanks, John
