Urgent Help for VPN issue please
Morning, I could do with help sorting this ASAP please as boss is leaving soon and needs it sorting :?
I am connecting my Windows laptop to the internet via the HotSpot feature on the Z10. This works fine and I can get on internet no problem. When I dial a VPN back to head office (Router being a Draytek 2860). I get an error 800 - Unable to establish the VPN connection. I've tried creating a VPN on the Z10 then connecting the hotspot but the vpn disconnects soon after the hotspot fires up. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Thanks John |

Hi everyone, found out what the problem was. We are on T-Mobile UK network and the mobile number had a Blackberry data service attached (On since we started using them with the Bold 9000's). Anyway we were advised that we didn't need this service now and should switch to a standard data package (like we would put on an Android/iPhone etc..). We did this and the VPN fired straight up. So look likes Blackberries servers were stopping us getting connected. Unusual solution but hope this helps others. Thanks, John
