simple question...can you disable calls but still recieve them?

Can I roll out a policy that will bar all (exp emergancy calls) calls out from the device, but allow it to receive calls?

An odd requrest yes, but can it be done? As when you change "allow phone" to false..then all calls in and out are barred!

don't think it can be done from the BES, but you could get your carrier/service provider to bar outgoing calls.

I had thought that might be an option (but I would think there would be a charge from the carrier for this)

Unlikely on this side of the pond (right!) - most carriers/service providers supporting customers offering BES should provide this FOC for a few handsets - obviously they won't be that keen on having NO blackberries able to make outgoing calls!
