8800 on BES
 

I've got a handful of users with 8800s. They are all working fine. An oddity I can't explain though is that the BES does not recognize some of them. The Handheld model field is blank.

Any ideas why this might be and how to correct it?

I did visit the thread suggested above and it seem to have dead-ended with no resolution. I'm still seeing the same thing - I've got a half-dozen 8800s on my BES now. 4 are showing up normally. The original 2, while functioning fine for the user, are not "known" to the BES. It can't recognize the model # or the configuration. I've tried installing the handheld software directly on the BES with no success. Anyone else seeing this?

What version BES are you running?

The very lastest. 4.1.3 for Exchange
