Confused about new DST Repair Tool
 

Some questions for anyone who knows the answer please.

What exactly does this repair fix?

1. My DST device updates were done via self initiated method using BB browser, so does this apply to me?

2. My DST updates were done when my BES serves were running 4.04? This weekend I updated to 4.06 does this still apply to me?
