Sounds like something went amiss... Give this a try:

how do I the reinstall all the applications in the blackberry

LunkHead 07-17-2007 01:24 PM

You will need to reinstall all aftermarket application... The above will reset the Blackberry to factory and will install all the needed applications as it came in the box...

555--have you tried pulling the battery a minute and letting it reboot? Does it still keep doing the restart dance?

If you could get it running long enough to backup, it would be good for having all those applications on the backup.

I have them, its a hidden folder that command promp doesnt detect

LunkHead 07-17-2007 01:54 PM

Nope, not a hidden folder... You must be doing something wrong in the instructions....

You can check from the PC by using Windows Explorer and navigating to same folder.

Are you by chance using Vista? If so I have NO clue how, why, and where Vista operates...

555111444 07-17-2007 02:00 PM

when I go thru windows explorer I cant find it but when I make a search and I include hidden folders then it finds it

555111444 07-17-2007 02:04 PM

I see the problem
Its in the "windows" folder

LunkHead 07-17-2007 05:14 PM

Should be in Program Files...... Did you get it to connect and wipe?? Sorry, I had to run my father who was visiting to the airport....
