This error arises any time I make a change to settings in the MDS connection service. For example adding new proxy settings and clicking on the apply button immediately reproduces this error.

After upgrading from BES4.0sp3 hf3 to 4.0sp4 and applying hf3 the version changes from 4.0.4 to 4.0.0 has anyone else seen this behaviour?
